We've been planning to bake peanut butter cookies for a few days. Finally, today, we mixed them up. We used this recipe. The pizzelle press has been waiting on the counter, so as we mixed cookie dough I decided to see if it would work. Voila! Success! They are like thin crunchy peanut butter cookies. This is worth repeating.
