The First Day of October

Another late night in the country... Heather was the first to shout out "rabbit rabbit" after midnight. Then my husband had us all follow him quietly outside and listen to the owls. Who who who, they echoed around us.

I offered to make coffee for my husband, and he said he already did. Funny how such a little thing can brighten my day.

That was our morning. The rest of our day was full, but with few pictures. Maybe I'll join in the challenge next month.
