We wrapped up our studies of Mexico with cookies. Throughout our time spent learning about the country we tried many different Mexican foods. Emily enjoys preparing quesadillas and enchiladas so several days we had those with re-fried beans and rice. Our trip to the international grocery store in Houston led to us trying a few new sweet things.
This made a very thick hot cocoa that after cooling was more like pudding.
