Years Go By

     When my girls were very young and we lived in another place, I bought this bench. Through the years the boards broke and the metal rusted. 

       My husband surprised me by completely restoring it for me. He cut and milled boards from a pine tree my Powpow planted years ago. He sandblasted the iron parts of the bench, got rid of all the rust, even remade one part that couldn’t be repaired. He painted the metal and sanded the wood and it looks absolutely wonderful!
