Yes, bacon wrapped backstrap. It was 100% my husband's creation, and I think it was the absolute best steak that I have ever tasted. That was all that was left when I remembered to snap a picture.
When gas was less than $1 a gallon, my dad always made sure I had $10. The price of gas does sort of tell history. My girls have been researching and trying out hairstyles from Jane Austen's time for an English Country Dance.

The girls made them with just a little help. I ate too many. Delicious! A friend invited us over, thus the late late night road trip. Fun!
