I heard of Covington Farmer's Market several years before we ever went. According to the man that sold us a loaf of fresh bread, his family has been going there for more than 20 years. Now I wonder why we waited so long to check it out. Here is a little glimpse of what we enjoyed:
We spent one delightful Saturday morning at the Covington Vendor Market and plan to go back. Be sure to let me know if you want to go with us.

We searched our farm for wild milkweed for hours last year after we were given caterpillars.

Oh, I love trips like this! We haven't been to any farmer's markets yet this season. :( Did you cook up any of that shrimp???
ReplyDeletePopsicles, Tabasco and Shrimp. What a combination.
ReplyDeleteErica, we were camping so we didn't get any of the shrimp though they looked so good. There was just no way to cook it easily.
ReplyDeleteTabasco was almost unbelievable. Our roosters have always been so mean. The popsicles were delicious. That booth got free advertising from everybody walking away from it as we ate.
Oh the popsicles and the bread look so delicious!!
ReplyDeleteI'm hungry now!
