Ingredients:
1 1/4 c. Equal Sucralose8 oz. thick Greek yogurt
16 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 T. flour
2 T. cornstarch
4 egg whites
1 large egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 C. sour cream
3 prepared graham cracker crusts
Preheat oven to 350. Combine cream cheese, flour, cornstarch, and Equal Sucralose. Add extracts then slowly mix in eggs. Gently fold in sour cream, then pour into prepared crusts. Place inside slightly larger pan with boiling water in outer pan halfway up outside of cheesecake pan. Bake for 45 minutes. Cool on counter then chill overnight in refrigerator. It is worth the wait!

ReplyDeleteIt is very yummy! Maybe you are familiar with Splenda? It is comparable.
