Cheesecake with #EqualSucralose

One of my favorite desserts is cheesecake. This recipe which uses Equal Sucralose instead of sugar is delicious without as many calories.
1 1/4 c. Equal Sucralose
8 oz. thick Greek yogurt
16 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 T. flour
2 T. cornstarch
4 egg whites
1 large egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 C. sour cream
3 prepared graham cracker crusts
Preheat oven to 350. Combine cream cheese, flour, cornstarch, and Equal Sucralose. Add extracts then slowly mix in eggs. Gently fold in sour cream, then pour into prepared crusts. Place inside slightly larger pan with boiling water in outer pan halfway up outside of cheesecake pan. Bake for 45 minutes. Cool on counter then chill overnight in refrigerator. It is worth the wait!

  1. Yum! Now I want cheesecake for breakfast.

  2. This looks yummy, but I don't know anything about Equal Sucralose. It's new to me.

  3. It is very yummy! Maybe you are familiar with Splenda? It is comparable.

  4. I may have to play around with this and see if I can use stevia. Cheesecake is my absolute favorite dessert!

  5. LOVE cheesecake - going to need to try this. Thanks for sharing!
