The kingdom of heaven is like a treasure hidden in the field, which a man found and hid again; and from joy over it he goes and sells all that he has and buys that field. Matthew 13:44
We watched a tiny spotted baby deer cross the country road on our way home this afternoon. So precious! My son took this picture for me. He took a few; this was just one of my favorites. He told me "It's like a little miniature flower garden inside the flower." There is so much beauty around us.

I love your son's description! It is always wonderful to see the beauty around us through the eyes of our children (or grandchildren) :) Always a blessing to join you!
ReplyDeleteThank you dear Joanne! Yes it is wonderful seeing things like they do.
DeleteThat is a beautiful flower.
ReplyDeleteIsn't it pretty? But less than two inches across!
DeleteYour son says it so well ... and sees the little wonders out loud!
ReplyDeleteI love looking through pictures he takes, with him.
DeleteWhat a great Scripture to go with the unusual flower. Never seen one that looks like a field of flowers within a flower. What a keen eye your son has.

It's a zinnia. The close up perspective is so different from what I normally notice. Go forward two posts if you'd like to see; I shared a bigger picture.
DeleteI'm so thankful for that treasure! Your son's thoughts on that beautiful flower were precious.
ReplyDeleteThank you!
