Our last camping trip ended early with awful stormy weather. We packed up faster than ever, and then my husband drove through the storm to get us safely back home. I love the heaviness in the air and the smell before it rains, but after the rain comes the beauty.
very nice Jennifer. :) sorry your camping got rained out but yes... the beauty after eh?
ReplyDeleteWe only missed our traditional last day pancake breakfast which we had planned to share with friends. They all left the campground before us. It was so good to finally get home safely.
Deletethat's good to know and pancakes...they can be made at home too (just perhaps not as easily shared with friends).
DeleteRight! We had waffles today. :) thanks, Annette
DeleteGorgeous hydrangea! I look forward to them blooming in Delaware.
