wow - I have heard of wisteria but now i know what it looks like. Great. lol:) Thanks for linking up at Sunday Stillness. Blessings, Janis www.janiscox.com
I can't claim the setting, just the image. We were visiting a nearby plantation with your bench. :) We planted wisteria at each of the six posts around the arbor in our yard, but it is still just green leaves. I read that after 4 years it will begin to bloom so I'm hopeful ours will one day be lovely and full of blooms.
Oh, my I just love this verse and the image you paired with it! Truly a blessing this morning.

Deletelove that bench and the surrounds. Looks very peaceful. What type of tree is that? Purple flowers.

It was so lovely. The oak tree and arbor are covered with wisteria vines. The petals made a purple carpet, and the whole area was scented by it.

Your image invites one to sit down and contemplate God's Word while resting in His presence among such a tranquil setting!
ReplyDeleteTranquil does describe it well. It was a lovely place.
Deletewhat a beautiful spot! we have that exact bench, but it's not in a setting nearly as lovely. :-)
