These decorative cookie mix jars from Sisters Gourmet were delivered quickly, securely packaged, and surrounded by bubble-wrap. We first made the Double Chocolate Chunk recipe. My 14 year old daughter chose this flavor and helped me prepare the cookies. The all natural ingredients were layered including big chunks of rich chocolate on top. All that we had to add when we prepared the dough was butter, an egg, and vanilla.
They turned out just the way my daughter likes cookies best: "crispy on the outside and soft on the inside." My in-laws are still visiting, so they got to enjoy some of these, too. There was unanimous agreement that they are delicious.
Read more about Sister's Gourmet on Facebook and Twitter. They have generously offered to share the same mixes that I enjoyed with two of my readers. I'll tell you more about the White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies when I announce the winner (in two weeks.)
