unending thankfulness

We drove through New Orleans yesterday. Being in that old city always makes me nostalgic. Days go by so quickly. I found these beautiful pictures online. It was darker, rainy before we even opened the van door, but the beauty in the old architecture and ironwork was still evident. We enjoyed beignets, but didn't act like tourists this time.

Continuing  to count unending blessings through #1175

I am thankful for memories.
friends, old and new
always for prayers from loved ones
a beautiful visit with my Great Aunt and another glimpse into my family history
sweet hugs from my little boy
rest
it's still raining
new school supplies
more words of comfort
opportunities
bubble bread
a big pile of rich dirt
