2010 Gratitude Challenge

I am thankful for water. While washing dishes today, I thought about how I just rinsed a bowl and let the water run down the drain. We have a well, so we don't even get a water bill now. It is almost inconceivable to imagine that in this world today there are many places where running water would be considered a luxury. Yet it is true. More than one church I know of raises money for wells in Africa. Have you heard of this: http://www.bloodwatermission.com/?

  1. Water is very precious, but we do take it for granted. Guess, because we have never done without.

    Thank you for reminding me.
    I am now following you.;)

    Blessings,
    Cheryl

  2. It is amazing how the things we have at our fingertips are more precious than gold in other places.
