Orange juice


Little things can be so significant. Being thankful for little things can be life changing. My husband heard me when I mentioned that my doctor recommended citrus juice to help increase my iron absorption. He has, without me asking, continued for the three months since then to keep our fridge stocked with orange juice. So when I take iron pills, I have OJ to make it even more effective. And it looks like that life saving blood transfusion was a one time thing. I got great news from my doctor last week that I don’t need to go back for a checkup for another year!



I’m thankful that my husband stocks our fridge with enough orange juice that even if my growing son drinks a few glasses, and does so often, there is still plenty.
