I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you. Luke 10:19
My husband and I walked around the pond this morning, and he warned me to watch where I stepped as he had seen evidence of a snake. What are you afraid of? We've had one pet dog on the farm killed by a water moccasin, and I admit a bit of fear of snakes. At least all we saw today was this snakeskin.

Absolutely do not even want to see a snake...ever!! I think it's the fear of not knowing if they're safe and the surprise factor of coming upon one. Awesome scripture about the authority. :)

I'm not afraid of snakes, but of course where I live there aren't poisonous ones around!
ReplyDeleteIf poisonous snakes were common around here, I'd be more afraid as well.
ReplyDeleteI have never seen a snakeskin ... We have just one type of poisonous snake here i Denmark, and it is rarely seen (only dangerous to small children and small animals).
