Scripture and a Snapshot

He has made everything beautiful

He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the human heart; yet no one can fathom what God has done from beginning to end. Ecclesiastes 3:11
We have been painting today. Over a decade in this house, and I'm just now adding color to the rest of the walls. I'm so thankful that God's timing is not like mine.

  1. What a pretty shade of yellow. It's warm and inviting and looks like sunshine -- or butter. YUM! Where is this color going?

    1. I repainted the kitchen. The flat green just didn't work in there even though it looks good in the hall. This yellow did help brighten the room.

  3. I've got some tasks I've been procrastinating on as well. I'm so glad that the Lord may wait to act, but it's not due to procrastination, but to perfect timing.

    1. Exactly. I on the other hand seem to be in a constant state of catching up.

  4. We've been in our house for over 14 years and my bedroom still needs painting! It's on my 2016 to-do list, so here's hoping . . . Yes, I'm glad God's timing is perfect, and he never procrastinates like I do!
