Scripture & A Snapshot

I've had glimpses of childlike wonder this week while spending more time with my kids at home.

"At the same time came the disciples unto Jesus, saying, Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven? And Jesus called a little child unto him, and set him in the midst of them, And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven. Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven. And whoso shall receive one such little child in my name receiveth me."
   Matthew 18:1-5

  1. Jennifer~It's soooo green where you live. I enjoyed seeing your the area where you make memories with your children. To become as little children, trusting Him, is what He desires.

    Thank you for hosting.

    Blessings,

  2. This is so important. We need to come to Jesus asking Him to give us a new childlike heart that is able to live in total dependance on our Pappa God!
    Much love XX

  3. You live in such a pretty place! That tree reminds me of my childhood...there was one in our neighborhood and I always loved the soft fluffy flowers :-)
I heard a beautiful speech given by a young lady at the ACCS conference a few days ago that talked about the idea of us being childlike. Wonderful to be reminded twice in such a short span of time to embrace this verse.

  7. How enlightening this post was! Sometimes we worry so much and then look at our children and learn to trust God like they trust us!
